This is a training video I made for Customer Service Representatives, while working at America West Airlines. The purpose of it was to bring about uniform usage of the LED signs used at the gates in Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix, AZ.

There were several other training videos I made for America West employees. Some of them were strictly PowerPoint presentations, such as this one. Others featured real life video segments. All of them were created to assist CSRs in their job duties.
